Comfortable and intimate motel with interior courtyard. Family members could sit outside and talk into the night with no disturbance. Attractive grounds, landscaping. Our room had a minifridge and microwave.
T.P. was one-ply, and bath towels were "one-ply". Would have liked two-ply TP and a heftier bath towel. TV screen small, and remote didn't work. May have needed batteries.
Nothing. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. It wad over priced and the roo reeked of cigaretes.
Expensive for the amenities provided. - Complimentary breakfast was just a joke!!!
The location from universal studios Hollywood was fantastic.
The rooms were older and we saw a spider when we pulled the covers and the owner did not seem to care. There was also very little toilet paper in the rooms and we had to ask for more.
The location was great! It was neat, clean, and overall a great deal.
The bath towels were very small which made for toweling off after a shower interesting.
The doors locked, the beds were fine to sleep in, but basically everything else was horrible, and we paid over $100.
The beds were write up aghast the walls, the shower flooded the entire bathroom, bugs on the bathroom floor, little morning water pressure, no wi-fi -- though said they had it, breakfast were a few muffins, orange drink & a pot of coffee in a little room with no place to sit....I could go on, but this was by far & away, the worst hotel we have ever stayed in...could not believe the positive comments on the site, and believe they must be planted, because I dont know why anyone could fine much of anything positive to say -- especially for the price of over $100.
The location was good for Universal Studios.
My husband and I were not very happy with the accomoodation. The web site states continental breakfast included and all we got was a very small muffin and a drink of fake orange juice. The room was very old and poky with a tv that was so okd it did not even have a remote.
The owner of the hotel was very friendly and very helpful
BESIDE the location, nothing.....
Air conditionning, did not work , air dryer did not work, continental breakfast, you had to come and get it and bring in to your room................ Also very noisy, to expensive for what they offert.
